I started out my Real Estate career in Charlotte, NC as Realtor in 2006. I did not know anything about Real Estate and was looking for a way into the business. It did not take long for me to realize that life as a Real Estate Agent was not for me and I promptly transitioned into being a full time Real Estate Investor. I tried my hand at everything. Fix and flips, buy and holds, subject-to's, lease options, short sales and wholesaling. In 2008-2009 I found myself in a position that was not favorable with the market at the time. After much thought and deliberation I decided to liquidate everything and get out while I still had my shirt. It was the best decision of my life. I bought a one way ticket to Asia and with nothing more than a backpack and headed out on a one year trip. When I returned three years later from my one year trip I still was not ready to get back to Real Estate and rather quickly departed for an other 8 months trip. With the conclusion of my second trip I was ready to get back to business and decided to relocate to Richmond as much of my family had moved to the area in my absence. That was six years ago and since then I have been primarily flipping houses and building my rental portfolio. In the past year I have building up my wholesale disposition business.
